When you get a hacker people suggest that you just get a new email. The problem with continually getting new email is people think that it’s suspicious. This can make you look suspicious.
So the user might just be getting a new email because of a hacker. Yet, an uninformed person will think that the 8 different emails are suspicious.
The same thing happens with hackers and cell phones. That’s why an individual can end up with a stack of cell phones.
It’s very important in this new era of technology that we recognize not just the blessings of such but the troubles ahead.
Ultimately, to solve the problem we will have to deal with hackers differently by developing a Technological Constitution and a World Wide Technological Treaty.
