We need to wipe out hazing in colleges, towns, and across fields of business. Sometimes people will swap out the word vetting, when what they really mean is hazing. This type of behavior could really hurt us, our children and our grand children.
It touches both rich and poor people and we simply haven’t the time for it anymore.
It has to go. Give people time to change their hazing behavior but it has to go!
Some people think because they’ve done something for a long time that this makes it OK. Well… We had indentured Irish Servants for a long time, slavery for a long time, women’s inequality for a long time, racial disparities for a long time, sex slavery for a long time, religious discrimination for a long time so CLEARLY. Some things are not OK.
Clearly somethings have to get better and we are going to make things better.
